Ser branded “Air cooled band heating units with cabinet”  are designed to give a quick reply to the sensitive heating need  in plastic industry and heat control need in extrusion process and manufactured  by installing high speed fans on them.

Air cooled cabinet heaters are manufactured by using mica and ceramic inner resistance components depending to heat quantity which the process needs. As addition to resistance units,aluminium (and optionally copper and brass) made separators are added according to request just to increase the surface area and cosequently to increase cooling performance. All parts are put into an specially designed secured case, which optimise cooling and heating performance. Fans are installed to supply quick cooling performance against overheating.
